TEPCO re-explains Fukushima nuclear waste leak, cites human error

Chinese Ambassador to France Attends Ceremony for Release of Year of the Dragon Zodiac Stamps


 On Friday (26th), France released a set of stamps featuring the Year of the Dragon, adding a festive atmosphere to the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France.
