On Friday (19th), President Biden of the United States signed a short-term spending bill that extends the federal funding deadline to March 1st and March 8th, in order to prevent a partial government shutdown after Saturday (20th) at 12:00 AM.
The bill was first passed in the Senate with 77 votes in favor and 18 votes against, and then in the House with 314 votes in favor and 108 votes against. The bill does not allocate any funds for further support to Ukraine.

These group of Republican lawmakers believe that the spending is excessive, but moderate Republicans and Democratic lawmakers argue that Congress should abide by the agreement to avoid a government shutdown in an election year.
